Inventory Management
Are there enough available chairs? How many pieces of art do we still have in stock? Where are the ergonomic office chairs? You can quickly answer these questions with Inventory Management.
Inventory Management is the main source for control of your inventory. It is a user-friendly and powerful tool which, amongst other things, helps you to visualise all your resources. Providing added value even for office moves – for the preparation and planning for example – Inventory Management is a valuable support.
By use of AutoCAD drawings of your inventory, you also have access to up-to-date information about the location of available resources. In combination with AutoCAD drawings from Space Management you can link resources and inventory to locations, buildings and rooms. The CAD-interface optimalises your management of resources and inventory.
Optional Extra: Intake
You can expand Resource Management with the Intake option. This option makes it possible to use barcode-scanning to create a complete overview of all inventory items – using a Pocket-PC with a barcode scanner. You can add extra information during the inventory check, for example the item colour or assembly condition, which is added to the inventory table.
