The image of facility management operations is determined by professional and effective follow-up of requests, complaints or reported issues. Prequest Service Management provides a modular solution that makes sure these are properly registered, responded-to, monitored and managed.

User-friendliness is central to our Service Management product line. Access to all functionality is controlled by authorisation levels that you specify yourself, and a wide range of reports can be generated.
