Registering and managing your stock means you do not have to maintain unnecessarily high stock levels. Delivery to customers can take place quickly. The Stock Management module allows you to set up ordering periods in advance, in which stock orders are automatically generated. You specify the minimum stock level, maximum stock level and when the order should be triggered.

In combination with the Purchase Orders functionality, you optimalise the service to your customers. With a clear overview of your supply and demand, you can efficiently anticipate the needs of customers. After delivery, the stock level information is automatically adjusted.

Information about the number of orders and delivered items is supplied by the Purchase Orders functionality. Based on this dynamic information, your minimum and actual stock levels, Stock Management generates purchase orders as soon as the minimum stock level is reached.

In short, Stock Management allows you to keep your service and stock at the right levels, for office supplies, inventory or other resources needed by your company.
